We believe in our systems. We believe they work. But we also believe you should feel safe when you buy.
If you purchase one of our clarity systems and it doesn't deliver what we promised—clarity within your first 30 days—we'll refund you. We keep the process simple and fair. Refund requests are reviewed to ensure proper use of the system.
What's Covered
Our refund guarantee applies to:
- Digital frameworks: Signal Matrix, Flow Architecture, Stability Engine, Output Generation systems
- Guides & workbooks: Clarity frameworks delivered in digital format
- Access packages: Any purchased access to our clarity systems
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
Condition: The refund applies if the system has not provided you with meaningful clarity about your income-building path, decision-making, or execution within this 30-day period.
What's NOT Covered
We cannot refund:
- Email subscriptions or newsletters: These are ongoing content, not refundable
- Products used beyond fair use: If you've substantially implemented the system and shared it widely, refunds won't apply
- Promotional purchases: Refund eligibility may vary for heavily discounted offers and will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
- Services already delivered in full: Workshops, consultations, or custom work
- Subscriptions after cancellation: No refunds for partial months
- Resale abuse: If the system was purchased to resell or redistribute, no refund applies
How to Request a Refund
The process is simple and transparent:

Provide your order number, purchase date, email address, and a brief explanation of why the system didn't provide clarity for you
We Review
We'll review your request within 5 business days to ensure it falls within our refund policy terms
You Get Refunded
Once approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
Access Revoked
Upon refund, your access to the product is immediately removed
What We Review
When you request a refund, we look at:
- Purchase date: Is it within 30 days?
- Fair use: Have you used the system genuinely or primarily to resell/redistribute?
- Your feedback: Is there a legitimate reason clarity wasn't achieved?
Refund approval is at the discretion of Weyda Digital based on policy terms.
When We May Decline a Refund
We may decline your refund request if:
- The request is submitted after 30 days
- Evidence suggests the system was resold or shared commercially
- Evidence suggests misuse, redistribution, or violation of fair use terms
- You purchased through a promotional or discounted offer (unless stated otherwise)
If we decline your refund, we'll explain why. You can reply to discuss it further.
Refund Processing
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Timeline: 7-10 business days after approval
- Currency: If you paid in INR, you'll be refunded in INR
- Processing fees: Payment processor fees (if any) are non-refundable
If you don't see the refund within 10 days, email us to follow up.
Subscriptions & Recurring Charges
If you're on a subscription:
- You can cancel anytime by emailing us
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Cancellation is effective immediately
- You'll have until the end of your current billing period to use the service

We believe clarity is the foundation. If our system doesn't deliver clarity within 30 days, something went wrong. Either we didn't explain it well enough, or it wasn't the right fit for you. Either way, you shouldn't be stuck paying for it.
This policy exists to:
- Remove hesitation when you're considering buying
- Prove we believe in what we sell
- Make sure only people who truly want clarity are working with our frameworks
- Filter out the people looking to exploit digital products (by reviewing requests fairly)
It's about trust. And trust is what clarity is built on.
This Refund Policy is provided in English. If there are any inconsistencies between this English version and translations in other languages, the English version shall prevail.
